• Dynamic Payroll Processing through configuration of Policies that define what payroll items apply. Policies can be assigned to multiple users. Ex. Morning Shift, Monthly Regular will define a policy for employees working on morning shift and are monthly regular, where they have Absences, Lates & Undertimes deductions. Contrary to Morning Shift, Daily Regular where they do not have deductions since their earnings are based on Daily Income instead of Monthly Income
• Dynamic Work Schedule Setup which can be assigned to users on the go. Payroll will automatically adjust if there are 2 or more different work schedules for an employee which falls on 1 cutoff period
• Configurable Shifts which can be assigned to users on the go. This will automatically set the time in and out depending on the shift configuration. Optionally, Shift Breaks can be assigned to Shift configurations for stricter monitoring and activation of Breaktime Lates payroll entry/item
• Configurable Payroll Setup cutoff periods (for supporting 10 - 25, 01 - 15 and other cutoff period and payroll dates)
• Location Based Holidays to support non working days specific to a location (Ex. Muntinlupa Day will only affect employees under Muntinlupa)
• Windows (C#) based DTR (Daily Time Record)
• Master File Maintenance
